We offer a return period of 14 days from the day you recieve your package. The product has to be returned in the original packaging and any damage may cause a charge up to 100%, depending on the nature of the damage. Packages must be trackable (at the senders cost)


Buys can cancel their order up to 14 days after their order is delivered. You don’t need to give a reason for cancelling. If an order has been dispatched the above applies. If the order hasn’t yet been processed the order will immediately be cancelled and funds returned to the buyer via our payment merchant (this normally takes up-to 14 days).

Check the status of your refund request, please allow us time to check your order and assign credit. Store credit will be assigned to your My Account area upon receipt of your return. Cash refunds will be sent to the bank or card associated with your order, please note we cannot refund to any other bank accounts.

Returns Policy & Cancellations

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again as it can take up-to 14 days to clear into your bank account.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items can NOT be refunded instead we will give you store credit to the purchased value.


Brand Outnet does not exchange goods. It is necessary to make a return request for the unwanted product that you the customer wishes to “exchange” and create a new order with the desired product, during checkout any monies will be deducted from your shop credit which is automatically assigned to your My Account area upon receipt of your returned item.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning an item it must be a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We won’t consider a refund if the item is not tracked and lost.
